Ninh Binh's Red Cross Society launches Humanitarian Tet 2023

The Red Cross Society of Ninh Binh on December 6 launched a movement called "Humanitarian Tet 2023" in a bid to care for the poor, policy beneficiary families, AO victims and vulnerable people in the province ahead of Tet holiday.
